Free shipping, every order, no minimum spend. That's not a promotion — it's just how we do things.

Processing time

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 6–10 business days, Australia-wide. Regional and remote addresses can sit toward the upper end of that window — we'll always get it to you as fast as the courier network allows.

We deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers Australia-wide, no extra steps required.

Tracking your order

Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If it hasn't updated in a day or two, that's normal — carriers don't scan every checkpoint along the way.

Hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't turned up within 10 business days of your dispatch email, email us at support@sydneyandwren.com with your order number and we'll track it down.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided and can't redirect a parcel once it's with the courier — if you spot an error, email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it ships.
